Harm Reduction Specialist: Provide counseling, education, and support services to help reduce the risk associated with drug use. We also help connect persons to clinical and non-clinical risk reduction services in your community. We provide referrals to medication assisted treatment-MAT programs.

Our Certified Carepath Coaches assist those experiencing a setback in managing their behavioral health challenges.
